Free Workout at CrossFit Chief!

Every Saturday at 9:00am

Join us for a free workout every Saturday morning. This class is fun – you will sweat and you will like it! Our community workout is free for all non-members at any fitness level. Whether you have never step foot in the gym or you are a seasoned CrossFitter, this is the perfect way to see if our box is a good fit for you. Bring your family and friends and let’s start the weekend right with a workout at CrossFit Chief!

This workout is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

Please wear workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring water! Expect to spend about  an hour at our gym. Most of all, our free community workout  is also a great way for you to see if CrossFit Chief is a good fit for you.

I have participated in various workout programs over the years and I can honestly say that the program at the Chief has me in the best shape of my life (at 44!). With support from the community and coaches, I am able to work on my weak things I would not do by myself!
