I have participated in various workout programs over the years and I can honestly say that the program at the Chief has me in the best shape of my life (at 44!). With support from the community and coaches, I am able to work on my weak areas...do things I would not do by myself!
I was able to workout up to the day before I delivered my 2nd baby, and able to return 2 weeks after he was born. Since then, I’ve hit numerous PRs and gotten even stronger than I was before.
I am stronger and more confident. Healthy lifestyle choice for me and my family has always been important. Crossfit Chief helps me accomplish those goals thru great coaching and consistent programming.
I joined this gym during a time where due to an injury and other circumstances, I was no longer enjoying working out. Since joining, the challenge, the desire, and most importantly, the fun in fitness has come back for me because of this place and its community.
I moved to Tyler 2 years ago. The only person I knew was my fiancé at the time. Crossfit Chief welcomed me and became my family. Collins loves coming and loves everyone. It’s not just a gym for us. It’s not just one member. It’s several members that I have learned to call family.
